Date: Sunday July 4, 1999
Time: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Place: EMANCIPATION PARK – Dowling & Elgin (near downtown)

Direction:

We will meet at the EMANCIPATION PARK locate on DOWLING and ELGIN near downtown. Direction below:

From 45 North
Take 45 South to Downtown
Exit Scott or 45a
Turn right on Scott (stop light)
Keep Go Straight till you see Elgin (stop light) turn right on Elgin
Keep Go Straight till you see Dowling, Emancipation Park on your right
From 45 South
Take 45 North to Downtown
Exit Elgin
Turn left on Elgin (stop light)
Keep Go straight till you see Dowling, Emancipation Park on your right

From Bellaire 59 South
Take 59 North to Downtown
Then change to 45 South to Galveston
Exit Scott or 45a
Turn right on scott (stop light)
Keep Go straight till you see Elgin (stop light) turn right on Elgin
Keep Go straight till you see Dowling, Emancipation Park on your right

The EMANCIPATION PARK will have big swimming pool with water slide,a baby pool, playground, baseball field, basketball court, football or soccer field, tennis court, tables/benches, B-B-Q grill, and a cover pavilian Tentative Activities:

7am-9am                         Arrive,sign in, breakfast with the team
9am-10am                       Introduction, group activities
10am-12:00pm               COED SPORT ACTIVITIES
12:00noon-12:30pm     Gather for lunch, announcement for upcoming activities and projects by VHKH
12:30pm-2pm                 LUNCH
2:00pm-4:30pm            Group game, Competition game
4:30pm-5pm                   All team pictures, all group pictures
5pm                                 Adjourn
