Tennessee to Mr. Bui Chi Lan and Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Lucy. Extracurricular activities:
Genesis Literary Magazine Art Editor, UIL in Math and Science, Leader of Northbrook
Academic Decathlon Honor Team, President of Northbrook Senior High School NHS and a member
of Northbrook's Marching Band and Superior UIL Rated Color Guard. Scholarship and
Awards: The Greater Heights Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship, National Service
Scholarship, Savings of America Scholarship and Junior Achievement Scholarship;
Congressional Recognition Award, Merit Achievement Math/Science Award, Most Dedicated
Chorale Student Award, Most Outstanding National Honor Society Chorale Student Award, Most
Valuable NHS Chorale Student Award, UIL Scholar Award and Optimist Freedom Essay Contest
Award. Special interests/hobbies: dancing, art, writing poetry, music, and reading
especially in theoretical physics. University & Major (plan to attend):
